Return/Refund Policy

Poofed Clothing strives to provide quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction to customers. However, if customer chooses to return merchandise, Poofed Clothing takes returns under below terms.

  1. All merchandise returns must be in unused and precise conditions.

  2. Merchandises that claims refund must be returned in same condition as it was received.

  3. Refund/Return policy isn’t applicable on inner wears such as briefs, vests, boxers, etc. Read product description carefully before purchase on website/packaging.

  4. Merchandises other than apparel category shall be refunded only in case of damage or designs are completely different from requested one.

  5. Merchandises might appear 5-7% dissimilar from visual appearance of the product to the actual product due to technicalities such as photoshoot lights and editing of photos

  6. Broken/used/tampered merchandises shall not be accepted as returns.

  7. Customers needs to return their booked orders within 15 days of the order delivery date. In case failed to do so returns shall not be accepted as per policy.

  8. To self-dispatch your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to avoid damage or loss during transit. All self-dispatch returns, it is suggested that customer should dispatch via speed post to the address below:

  9. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 5-7 banking days. 

  10. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable during return from customer side.

  11. While return, customer should write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel.

  12. In case of COD orders refunds will happen instantly in your bank/card/wallet post receipt of return merchandise.

  13. What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

    1. You need to login to your customer profile.

    2. Issue a return ticket through your profile itself.

    3. Courier partner will pick up dispatch at scheduled time

    4. You return order is complete.

  14. The refund procedure shall be initiated within 24 hours once we receive return parcel. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Poofed wallet as cash credits.
